Ingredients
- Duck(s)
- Pats of margarine to cover (depending on number of ducks)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Following to taste (depending on number of ducks)
- onion
- bell pepper
- celery
- garlic
Directions
(Leroy gets the ducks. Dora cooks them.)
- Place cleaned ducks in large pot. Add salt and pepper, onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic (to taste).
- Cover with water and gently boil 'til tender.
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Remove ducks from water. Place in baking dish. Put pats of margarine in and on the ducks. Bake 'til brown, approximately 15 minutes.
